Michael Finch
Founder and Managing Director
Michael has been partnering with clients for over 20 years to develop and deliver some of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects.
With extensive experience in planning, design and delivery of large-scale transport and civil infrastructure, Michael is recognised as a specialist in the areas of technical, commercial and project management.
He has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects throughout their lifecycle, including business case, strategic and concept design, through to detailed design, and construction.
He is passionate about providing value for money outcomes for stakeholders and the community, while guiding and empowering others to realise the project’s potential.
Kathryn Nation
Director
Kathryn is a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years industry experience specialising in complex infrastructure projects. In a range of project and design leadership roles, she has delivered a broad range of projects, including pre-feasibility, options analysis, business case, transport plans, environmental assessments, and concept design through to construction supervision.
Kathryn uses her detailed knowledge of statutory design processes and approvals to drive teams and provide the appropriate technical detail at the right stage on a project. She proactively resolves designs issues to reduce project risk and maximise both economic and social value.
Kathryn takes an integrated approach to the planning and design of infrastructure projects so that she can create positive outcomes for places, their communities and the environment.
Brendan Cassels
Director
Brendan is a seasoned Technical Leader and Project Manager with a specialisation in Rail transport infrastructure across Australia and Internationally. Recognised in the industry for his expertise in rail trackform design, he brings extensive experience across all phases of major project planning and delivery, including metro, passenger, and light rail.
As a Design Lead, Brendan has coordinated design teams and managed all elements of rail corridor projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. He has also served as a technical Subject Matter Expert for prominent projects such as Cross River Rail, Sydney Metro, Inland Rail, and Gold Coast Light Rail.
Brendan’s commitment to technical excellence and his talent for building trusted relationships provide the strategic leadership needed to guide projects in the right direction and deliver integrated project solutions.
Jacquie Cooke
Senior Consultant
Jacquie is a Senior Information Management Specialist and Document Controller with over 15 years’ experience within the Engineering (Infrastructure) and Construction (Residential & Commercial) industries.
Jacquie has a proven history collaborating with various companies and multi-disciplinary project teams on many complex projects. Jacquie brings a keen eye for detail, and a particular focus on specialist document control knowledge and skills, EDMS software, project set and up coordination, and project administration.
With a keen eye for detail, Jacquie demonstrates her passion for quality and creates efficiency for her clients - adding value on every project and empowering her team with knowledge and tools to make a difference.
